  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of product delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Products

    • Pickup service may be arranged where available.
    • If pickup service is unavailable in your location, the product must be self-shipped to our return address.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by us.
